Email contact@recipe-wizard.com. For anything about a purchase, include the email you sign in with, so we can find your account.
2.Credits & free recipes
Each new AI recipe uses one credit. Free accounts get 5 recipes every month, and you can earn a free credit by watching a short ad. If a recipe fails to generate, the credit is returned automatically.
3.Subscriptions & restore
Plus gives you 75 recipes a month with no ads; Pro is unlimited. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and renew until cancelled.
- Cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Recipe Wizard.
- Restore on a new device: sign in, then Profile → Go Plus → Restore.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4.Importing recipes
Paste a link from a recipe site, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram and Recipe Wizard writes out the full recipe. Some sites block automated access; when that happens you can still save the link and fill the recipe in by hand.
5.Your account & data
Delete your account any time from the Profile tab → Delete account. This permanently removes your recipes, photos and personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
